Every Tomatoro Chart Explained — and Where to Find It

Tomatoro turns your finished pomodoros into a handful of focused visualizations. Each one answers a different question. Here's the full tour — and where to find each in Reports (use the Day / Week / Month switcher at the top).

The color key

Across every chart, the three segment types keep the same colors:

  • Red — work (focus)
  • Yellow — short breaks
  • Green — long breaks

Big stats

Where: top of every report (Day, Week, Month).

The headline numbers: focus time (work only) and tomatoes (count of completed segments), plus a delta — vs. your average on the Day report, and vs. last week / last month on the others.

Today's harvest

Where: Day report.

A grid of tomato icons, one per completed segment, in the order they happened. It's the quickest way to feel the rhythm of your day. No sessions yet? A faint placeholder tomato marks the spot.

Hour-by-hour timeline

Where: Day report.

A timeline that maps your segments onto the hours of the day, so you can spot your most (and least) productive windows.

Weekly bar chart

Where: Week report.

A stacked bar per day, Monday through Sunday, using the red / yellow / green key. Bar height shows volume; the stack shows your work-to-break balance at a glance.

Monthly heatmap

Where: Month report (Premium).

A calendar grid where each day's shade reflects how much you focused — darker means more. Streaks and gaps jump right out, alongside your active-day count.

Top tasks breakdown

Where: Day, Week, and Month reports (Premium).

If you tag sessions with tasks, each report adds a ranked list with a proportional bar per task — so you can see exactly where your focus went.

Put these techniques to work. Tomatoro turns every article into an actionable focus session.
