How to Download Your Tomatoro Reports as PDF

Your numbers are most useful when you can take them with you — into a weekly review, a 1:1 with a coach, or an invoice for a client. With Premium, Tomatoro turns any report into a polished PDF in a single click.

What you can export

Every report view exports exactly as you see it:

• Day — focus time, today's harvest, and the hour-by-hour timeline.
• Week — the seven-day stacked bar chart and totals.
• Month — the calendar heatmap and monthly trend.

Task breakdowns are included too, so the PDF tells the whole story.

How to download a report as PDF

1. Open Reports and pick the period you want — Day, Week, or Month — using the switcher at the top.
2. Navigate to the date range you need with the arrows.
3. Click Download PDF.

That's it. Your browser saves a file named like tomatoro-report-week-2026-05-11.pdf, ready to share or archive.
