A free account turns Tomatoro from a single-browser timer into your focus, everywhere. Here's how to set it up and what you can manage.

Sign in with a magic link

There's no password to remember. Enter your email, and we send you a one-time link — click it and you're in. That's the whole login.

Sync across every device

Once you're signed in, your sessions and history live in the cloud and follow you across laptop, tablet, and phone. Clear your cache or switch machines without losing a thing.

Make it yours

From the header you can switch between light and dark themes and toggle the language (English / Spanish). Your choices stick.

Manage your data

In Settings you'll find a Clear local data control — handy if you want to reset the app's on-device cache. Your cloud history stays safe.

Manage your subscription

If you go Premium, Settings includes a link to the secure billing portal, where you can update payment details or cancel anytime — no emails required.

Signing out

Done on a shared device? Sign out from Settings. Your history is safe in the cloud, waiting for your next sign-in.
